Powder coating
Our modern powder system enables fast and quantity-independent painting according to your wishes.
By changing our pre-treatment process, we can further improve the quality of our powder-coated products.
As a real innovation in surface technology, the nano-ceramic pre-treatment is perfect for use on steel, zinc and aluminum surfaces. This not only replaces conventional iron phosphating, but also improves corrosion protection and paint adhesion.
The nano ceramic is characterized by a high level of environmental compatibility, since it contains no heavy metals and no phosphates. This eliminates the need for regular cleaning and disposal of toxic sludge residues. On the other hand, the energy consumption can be reduced by up to 30% through the nano-ceramic pre-treatment, since this process can take place at a reduced temperature.
