Version
Pagolux® ball-proof Conturraster FS, consisting of a substructure made of CD profiles and prefabricated grid elements made of 1 mm galvanised steel strip, subsequently powder-coated.
Assembly
A counter grid made of CD profiles must be suspended from the raw ceiling using approved dowels, screws, etc. at an axis distance of 1200 mm with Nonius sub-components and aligned plumb and flush.
The suspension distance must not exceed 900 mm in the axial direction. CD profiles must be mounted on the counter grid in the opposite direction at a centre distance of 600 mm using cross connectors.
Holes are drilled in the lower level of the CD profiles at a centre distance of 600 mm. The holes are fitted with rivet nuts.
The contour grids are then fitted with mounting shoes and attached to the CD profile using wing screws.
The system is mounted with an open joint to the wall and ends with a half module. Cut-outs must be placed in the centre of the grid and fitted with a surround or mounting frame for module panels at the factory. The maximum size is 300 x 300 mm.
