Expanded metal sails with external or internal angular frame and concealed substructure consisting of system-specific mounting crossbeams, installation as individual ceiling sails or installation in a composite system possible
From the raw ceiling are to be mounted by means of approved dowels, screws, etc.. Threaded rods are to be mounted. The suspension distance, number and position of the threaded rods depend on the dimensions of the individual sails and are specified individually by the manufacturer.
The trusses are then screwed to the threaded rods, with the slotted holes allowing flexible alignment.
The ceiling cloud is then suspended in the mounting crossbeams and aligned plumb and true.
Here, the mounting direction of the expanded metal cassettes specified by the manufacturer must be strictly adhered to so that the meshes are laid in a uniform direction.
A checkerboard pattern on the ceiling caused by twisted panels must be avoided and will not be accepted.
In the case of ceiling sails which are laid in a bond, the joint areas must be connected by means of system-specific clips.
We will be happy to advise you individually based on your object.
