Montage
Clamping rails must then be mounted on the support grid at the center distance of the clamping cassettes using cross connectors. The center distance depends on the selected cassette size. The expanded metal cassettes are then snapped into the clamping grid.
When installing the expanded metal cassettes type KS, the installation direction of the ceiling cassettes specified by the manufacturer must be strictly adhered to so that the meshes are laid in a uniform direction. A checkerboard pattern on the ceiling caused by twisted panels must be avoided and will not be accepted.
It is imperative that the internal frame runs over the entire length and width of the cassette and is additionally welded at the corner points.
We will be happy to advise you individually based on your object.
