Version
Insertion grid, consisting of a substructure made of PA25 profiles and prefabricated, fold-down grid elements
Assembly
A counter grating consisting of grating angles, system-specific PA25 profiles and corresponding connectors with vernier hangers or threaded rods must be suspended from the raw ceiling at the statically required distance of 1200 mm using approved dowels, screws, etc. and aligned plumb and true.
The PA25 profile with shaped perforations is screwed under the grating angle to match the longitudinal axis of the grating elements. The grid elements are then fitted with four mounting springs and clipped into the PA25 support profile via these.
The individual grid elements are self-adjusting and can be folded down individually. Correct alignment is ensured by punched holes in the grid element and the PA25 profile.
The edge connection is optionally made as an open shadow gap, via an L-edge angle or a system-compliant C-profile.
